AI Assistant and Third-Party Processing

The in-app AI assistant is powered by OpenAI. When you send a message, that message and a summary of your movie taste (your ratings and lists) are transmitted to OpenAI so it can generate a personalized answer. This happens only after you accept the one-time consent notice shown before your first message, and you can decline or stop using the assistant at any time without losing access to the rest of the app. OpenAI processes this data as our service provider to return a response; we do not use it to build advertising profiles and we do not sell it.
